Iva Chen is a California licensed Real Estate Broker and CPA and knows you deserve an agent who knows the market and is responsive.  Iva has over 10 years of experience in professional services and specializes in working with buyers and sellers in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County Areas, getting their homes sold, and getting them into their dream homes.

Iva graduate from UC Santa Barbara, started her career as an Auditor with Deloitte and Touche, and went on to work in Finance & Accounting for Fortune 100 companies such as CBS Paramount, Nestle, and The Capital Group Companies.  Iva has received numerous awards and accolades including The Iron Leader Award from the US Army for being a Top 5 Graduate of US Army ROTC Boot-camp in Fort Knox, Kentucky. 

In her spare-time, Iva has served as a Director and volunteer on a number of nonprofit boards and has completed 2 half-marathons and 2 full triathlons.
